WHY MY BACKGROUND IS RELEVANT

LIVED PROXIMITY

I have lived inside the realities I consult on — not studied them. The dynamics of donor capture, optics-based governance, and survivor narrative extraction are not theoretical for me. They are things I have watched happen, up close, to people I love.

CORPORATE CREDIBILITY

I spent over a decade at director level in global financial services, managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships across forty countries. I understand institutional systems — how they protect themselves, how they fail, and where the levers of change actually are.
